For Ziatün, additional care is taken to thoughtfully monitor the account, ensuring comments remain respectful and that all content is culturally mindful and sensitive to the ongoing situation in Gaza, while still highlighting the beauty and authenticity of Palestinian cuisine and community

Responsibilities include overseeing accounts, developing content concepts, editing, and coordinating production in collaboration with Amani Jamal.
