shaping its visual identity.

For Ziatün, additional care is taken to thoughtfully monitor the account, ensuring comments remain respectful and that all content is culturally mindful and sensitive to the ongoing situation in Gaza, while still highlighting the beauty and authenticity of Palestinian cuisine and community

Responsibilities include overseeing accounts, developing content concepts, editing, and coordinating production in collaboration with Amani Jamal. 

concept/strategy

The strategy for Ziatün focused on immersing viewers in the culture from the very first glance.

The goal was to make the account feel warm, inviting, and transportive, evoking the atmosphere and spirit of the Middle East.

The Concept was designed to highlight the stories behind the dishes, introduce Arabic words and traditions, and showcase the family behind the restaurant helping followers feel welcomed, connected, and part of the Ziatün experience.

RVRG is a family of Beacon-based businesses, offering everything from fresh-baked breads and pastries at Beacon Bread Company, to authentic Palestinian cuisine at Ziatün, to slow-smoked barbecue at The Piggy Bank. The group also includes The Station, a historic dispensary housed in a former police station.
